"Sustainable", and the like. We're seeking to cut through the minutia and haze
to bring you the facts. We believe that enviromental and economic prosperity
are not mutually exclusive. We've learned the principles of sustainable
agriculture through academic research and still have close ties to our
educational roots.
But we want to be more than just another organic
retailer. We also want to educate the community of why organic is more
beneficial to your well being and that it is not just a way for farmers to make
