We milk 380 Jerseys. Those are the really cute little brown cows that give the
richest milk. Our milk is processed by the Organic Valley brand. We are
certified organic by Oregon Tilth. Our cows graze on most of our 320 acres of
pasture. Holmgren Dairy has expanded in to the organic hay business.
With
the tight supply of organic hay we decided to grow our own. We found a nice
quiet town in Southeast Oregon called Frenchglen. With an altitude of 5000' we
can grow great quality High Desert organic alfalfa. All of our hay is certified
with Oregon Tilth. All prices are on the farm. Trucking can be arranged. Our
customers are producers mainly in Oregon,Washington,Idaho, and California. But
