At Hill Country Fresh we produce Fresh, All Natural, Grass Fed, Free Range Lamb and Goat from the wide open pastures of the Central and West Texas. We select only form animals that have been bred specifically for meat production, not wool or fiber. Our products come from livestock that has been minimally handled and processed and raised in natural conditions, not confined feeding pens. The result is a product that is Lean, Tender and Mild to the taste.
