Begining with
shopping for local and/or organic and food preperation. I work with children to
teach the concepts of the important food groups and what each one does for the
body.
I help to dejunk pantries full of processed,artificial and chemically
treated foods and how to read lables. I offer cooking classes for easy meal
planning for both children and adults.
