We are Hawk Natural. We forage the local area for the best wild product native
to the region. If it's native and growing, we can get it. Currently, there are
a large variety of product growing including (but not limited to) wild licorice
root, wild Stinging nettles fiddleheads, wild watercress, white violet, mustard
green, wild wood sorrel, redwood clover, wild miner’ lettuce and wild lemon
balm. We also create a wild salad mix which might include any or all of the
