MimicCreme. MimicCreme is a Non-Dairy, Non-Soy Cream Alternative made from a
wholesome blend of almonds and cashews. We are the only all-natural, non-soy,
gluten free and kosher parve (Kof-k supervision) product on the market. We
currently offer three varieties of this particular product; an unsweetened cream
which is formulated to be used in any recipe that calls for dairy cream where
heating is needed. Cream soups, alfredo sauces, custards, pies, candies, gravies
and more are once again a possibility for the lactose-intolerant or Vegan. Our
sweetened creams (one sweetened with cane sugar and one sweetened with a
fruit-based sugar substitute, Erythritol) are formulated for cold temperature
recipes – for use as a base for a delicious ice cream, shake or smoothie. Just
add a flavor and an ice cream that rivals premium dairy is the result.
MimicCreme Coffee Creamer is also available in 3 varieties; unsweetened, french
vanilla and hazelnut, all in the pint size container. We also offer a non-dairy
kosher whipping cream.
