Located in Southwest Vermont, I offer alternative healthcare in the form of
clinical herbalism and holistic bodywork. I have a fully functioning apothecary
and compound my own plant based medicines using locally grown and harvested
herbs as well as ethically processed herbs from abroad. My approach is Western
herbalism applied via TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)theory and Ayurvedic
tri-dosha theory. My training and education in herbalism includes a completed
program of study with Rosemary Gladstar and current study with Michael Tierra
and the East West School of Herbology. I am a student member of the American
Herbalists Guild and member of United Plant Savers. I also am a nationally
certified massage therapist with a certificate in massage and bodywork from the
Community College of Vermont. I specialize in Ayurvedic bodywork including
abhyanga and udvartan. I also offer Swedish and Acupressure massage. Currently,
I am finishing my BA in Transpersonal Psychology with Burlington College.
