Our Turkeys where chosen by the NY Times as the best tasting turkey in America.
Our chickens have won every blind tasting contest for NY to CA. We buy NO birds
from the hatcheries or factory farming systems. We raise no fast growing, obese
gene, genetically engineered poultry. All our birds are hatched, bred and reared
on our farm. They are fed a veggy diet and have access to pastures daily. We
have kept the old breeds of turkeys and never change to the modern, industrial
genetically engineered turkeys or chickens. Been raising heritage poultry for
over 55 years on my farm. Our birds are 21% higher in protein and 21% lower in
fat per serving. Three times the omega 3 that naturally developes by our
birds. We have the highest welfare of any farm. Certified by the American
Poultry Association by breeds. We sell whole birds, cut up, ground,and many
