Our family owns and operate a certified organic 80 acre farm in central
Wisconsin. We currently offer Galloway Grass-Fed Beef, Pasture-Raised Turkey and
Chicken, and Pasture-Raised Pork. In 1998, we achieved organic certification and
are currently certified by the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA). We
strongly believe that our organic methods, humane animal care and intensive
rotational grazing program are key to producing the most pure, fresh and
