Nestled on 15 acres a few miles northwest of
Watkins Glen, NY, the Ginger Cat
B&B is the perfect place to stay during your vacation in the
Finger Lakes. Our philosophy is simple:

- Be as helpful as possible
Enjoy your breakfast on
the 4-season porch, watch the magnificent sunsets and stargaze (the Milky Way is
directly overhead!) from the large deck or take a walk through the woods that
surround the house and gardens.
Despite our rural surroundings, we are less than 15 minutes to Farm
Sanctuary, the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and Watkins Glen State Park. Corning and
Ithaca are within 45 minutes. All food
served here is Vegan and we use as much local and organic produce as
possible. We're lucky that we are in an area with many organic
farms and farmers markets. There's even a veganic farm within 15 minutes of us!
We also have a large organic vegetable garden.
