A woman's birth experience stays with her for life. It impacts her physical,
mental and spiritual health. It effects how she bonds with her new child, and
of course her baby's very first impression of the world. My goal is to help
women have the kind of birth they look forward to with anticipation and look
back on with joy.
Providing group and private natural childbirth classes,
birth doula services (in hospital, birth center or home settings), VBAC
preparation and support, Birth Plan workshops, birth photography, sibling
preparation, lactation education and breastfeeding support, new mom support
group, community resources, lending library.
