Stable Dairy Flavors for the snack industry, Gamay® has established itself as a
leader in dairy flavor development.
In 1997, Gamay® created a niche
opportunity when it entered the flexible pouch market. Originally established to
package hot filled cheese sauce in pouches for the private label macaroni and
cheese market, the business has grown to include both dairy and non-dairy
pouches ranging from 1 ounce to 8 ounces for the branded, private label and food
service markets. Our sauces are produced and packaged at a newly renovated state
of the art plant in Colby, Wisconsin.
