The fabulous homemade food will bring you back! The famous sourdough breads are made
daily from fresh milled organic grains. The full line bakery produces show case’s of all
original handcrafted recipes including the well loved Grizzly Bear Brownies, Moose Fudge
Cake, Puffin Muffins, and Killer Cookies, and more. The Bakery- Cafe also served healthy
hearty breakfast lunch and dinner. Specializing in Alaskan seafood and may other Alaskan
products. The atmosphere of the establishment is warm and friendly with a feeling of being
back in the 70's. The owners, Donna and Kevin Maltz have made a strong commitment to
socially responsible business practice since 1982. "Food for People and the Plant" has
