The Foundation for Animals In Risk (FAIR) is a nonprofit, no-kill animal rescue and
adoption organization located in Tucson, Arizona. FAIR takes animals from the local
government animal control agency, usually the day before they are due to be euthanized,
and places them in foster homes. From the foster homes, they are shown at local PETsMART
and Bookman's stores, at special events, and in the local media until permanent homes are
found
