Our company is a stone ground milling facility specialized in organic flour,
organic grain mixes,sprouted grains, roasted grains and flakes, products that
can addapt to every client requirement. All our organic products are certified
by Ecocert and Kosher by Orthodox Union in New York.
We are suppling products
in bulk size bags - 20 kg to 800 kg totes.
Our main clients are organic and
Kosher bakeries in Canada and overseas.
All our flours are made on stone and
are rich in vitamins and nutrients compared with steel cut flour that is
traditional flour that you can find in a store.
