EarthSave's mission is to educate people about the powerful effects their food
choices have on their health, the environment and all life on Earth, and to
encourage a shift toward a healthy, plant-based diet. Our event include our
annual festival (5,000 attendance), annual Turkey-Free Thanksgiving dinner,
Healthy Beginnings Classes, Vegetarian Cooking Classes, potlucks and dining outs
