From a single cow 4-H project in 1994, to a first generation 50 cow dairy farm
in 2008, the scale of farming has changed drastically for our young family.
Organically raised, grass-fed beef available by the 1/4, half, or whole also
available in various cuts and mixed boxes. Our product can be purchased by
appointment or at Caroline Farmer's Market Saturday 10am-2pm May-October.
