Four Country Gals produces a variety of vegetables that grow rapidly in the
short growing season of the Escalante Desert Valley of SW Utah. They market
their products at the Cedar City, Utah Downtown Farmers' Market from late July
through September.
They also custom raise lambs, goats, and hogs for people
who want to know where their meat comes from, and how it is raised. They also
offer on-site butchering for religious purposes (Halal). Customer purchases the
animal, and then butchers it without the farmer's assistance.
