What's for dinner? Too many people cringe when they hear this question because
they don't have the time to shop for, prepare, and clean up after the delicious
and nutritious meals they crave.
How home meal preparation works: We will
fill out a food questionnaire that details your likes and dislikes and I will
customize a menu to suit your taste and dietary preferences. I will shop for
the groceries, prepare the meals, package and label containers, and place in
freezer or refrigerator.
Luxury or necessity? If your first thought is that
this service would be an unaffordable luxury, you might want to think again.
Time is the most precious commodity. Use the time you didn't spend cooking and
cleaning up and enjoy yourself at the end of a long day!
