Our baked goods are organic, low in saturated fats, contain whole grain flours
(whole wheat pastry flour/almond flour) and are sweetened with low-glycemic
agave. You will never find white refined flour, white sugar or butter in our
products. Not long after we opened our retail location, we realized that many of
our customers required a gluten-free diet. Because we understand how important
it is for everyone to find a special treat, we have also branched out from our
original focus to include gluten-free products. Now we are primarily a
gluten-free bakery, although we also have our original, whole wheat product line
available.
