Fun, creative, relaxing and affordable Italian cooking holidays in Sabina, a
magical land of olive groves, vineyards and sunflower fields between Rome and
Umbria. Weekly (6nights/7 days), long weekend (3 nights/ 4 days) and 1 Day
italian cookery holidays are available all year round. Weekly holiday includes:
3 cooking lessons utilising only the fresh, organic, seasonal and locally grown
produce, wine tasting evening, all breakfasts and 4 lunches, 2 dinners, visit to
olive grove, day visit to Rome, tours of local medieval sites, quality
accommodation in recently restored homes within the medieval walls of Toffia,
airport pick up and return service. A great chance to 'live like one of the
