We source organic and Fair Trade coffees from around the world and roast in our
artisan Primo roaster right in the front of our cafe. We are commited to 100%
socially and environmentally conscious coffees. We are Fair Trade(r) certified.
Our organic certification is pending. Numi organic flowering teas, organic chai
and chai latte prepared to our order are available in our cafe. We offer
organic/Fair Trade Shaman chocolates. All milk choices are hormone free. We
offer a choice of organic soy milk and lactaid to our cafe customers.
