We are artisan bakers of Organic and Kosher Cookies and Organic, Vegan Certified, Kosher
snack crackers. Our USDA Certified Organic Sassy Savory Crackers are sold in ready to
serve party bowls in three flavors: Mediterranean Herb, Curry-Onion and Chipotle Chili.
Our newest addition is our fully baked multigrain wholewheat pizza shells utilizing
organic ingredients.
We also bake biscotti in 9 flavors as well as raspberry filled
linzer cookies, with and without chocolate covering.
Our Ladyfingers (Savoy biscuits or
Savoiardi) are made without any preservatives. They come in a container which can be lined
with the Ladyfingers and used to make a no-bake dessert such as Tiramisu or Charlotte
Russe. A small booklet with a recipe is included with the container.
