We have 16 different types of organic fruit on just 30 acres run by orchardist Jim Reed. So it’s a bit like micro-brewing. Micro-growing? Actually, a better analogy is that Jim grows his fruit the way vineyards grow their grapes -with lots of attention to all the details that make a difference to the flavor.
