Pre-Retirement Coaching is a must for “Baby Boomers” going into Retirement. Even with
‘financials’ in good shape, it is not the happy, care-free life that “they” said it would
be. There are too many disturbing statistics about retirees and premature death. The more
I studied the phenomenon I call “Honorable Unemployment”, and its pitfalls, the more I
became convinced my mission is to bring greater awareness to people headed in that
direction. I know simple awareness is often curative.
As a retired Chef, it was
natural for me to see a correlation between the ingredients and preparation of a gourmet
recipe, such as my world renowned Chocolate Sauce, and the elements of a balanced,
fulfilling Retirement. Through this metaphor, I urge my clients to keep in mind their
Values and their Life’s Purpose to bring Balance and Joy to these vital areas:
