The farm is often open to the public on Fridays and Sundays from July through mid-October. Saturdays starting in July we are at the Issaquah Farmers Market. Call to see if we’re at the Farm, or if the gate’s open, come on in. Directions to the Farm: Changing Seasons Farm is on the west bank of the Snoqualmie River, between Carnation and Fall City in western Washington. We are north of State Route 202 and south of Tolt Hill Road.
