Cedar Grove Cheese produces organic cheese and rBGH-free cheese. We specialize in Cheddar,
Morterey Jack, Reduced-fat, Farmers and specialty flavored cheese. All cheeses are made
without animal rennet and without genetically modified organisms. Visitors to the factory
enjoy tours of our 100 year old business and our new "Living Machine" botanical water
treatment facility.
