We help transform private and public spaces into spaces for food production and
community growth.
In the name of Food Justice and Security, our GOALS are as
follows:
1. Create individual and community-scale edible landscapes, assisting
with garden plans, construction, and education.
2. Promote a vision of
social justice and healthy food systems, recognizing these are intertwined. We
provide our services at sliding-scale rates in order to serve people from all
economic situations, and people with resources to invest in their communities.
3. Through our Community Support Plant Starts program, we provide successions
of plant starts and other support to gardeners.
4. Provide consultation
services and advocate to developers and government. We seek to lead the field in
urban agriculture and institutionalize local food production networks in city
and neighborhood plans.
