Casa Rosa Farms is a 90 acre third generation family farm in California's San
Joaquin Valley. We produce certified organic olive oil and raise California Red
Sheep on certified organic pasture. We do direct to consumer sales via our
website, and may be found at certified farmer's markets in Fresno and the San
Francisco Bay Area beginning in 2012. We also sell grass fed beef and lamb
direct to the public and to restaurants. Please inquire about packaging and
