Our coffee is 100% organic, bought directly from small-farmer cooperatives under
the terms of Fair Trade. We serve a full line of pastries and a not-so-basic
sandwich menu in addition to the fresh coffee. The overall company is Bongo
World which has other coffee shops and cafes in Nashville - Fido, Bongo Java,
and Grins Vegetarian Cafe. Our flagship store, Bongo Java, has recycled paper,
cardboard, cans, bottles and plastic since Day 1. Soon we will have a more
comprehensive recycle program at all our operations.
