It is an organic bakery and outlet store of organic products. We are specializing in
organic spelt flour that is often more tolerant for folks that have developed an
intolerance to wheat. We also do not use any corn products in our bakery items. We are
also developing trail mixes with a lot of good stuff. We also want to develop a mail
order and also a web site for these products. We support sustainable agriculture, fair
trade, and just a better way of life.
