Butterfly Hollow is a sanctuary for wildlife, humans and nature. We strive to be
pro-ecology caretakers of the land. It began with the renovation of the 1899
farmhouse, which used timber and stone from the property along with reclaimed
antique lumber and materials. The hollow has grown and blossomed into a natural,
bed and breakfast retreat. The gardens now provide organic vegetables and herbs
for meals. The guest rooms offer organic soaps and lotions. A visit to butterfly
hollow is good for the body, mind and spirit. We are located close enough to
Nashville to hear the music... but far enough away to be able to see the stars
at night. The Hollow is hidden in it's own beautiful secluded 85 acre valley,
nestled off the beaten path, in the Cumberland Plateau foothills of middle
Tennessee.
