Buffalo Field Campaign is the only group working in the field every day in
defense of the last wild buffalo. Every year as buffalo naturally migrate to
lower elevation grasses, they are relentlessly hazed, captured, slaughtered,
quarantined or shot for crossing the man-made boundaries of Yellowstone National
Park. This federally funded effort benefits and is driven by Montana's
livestock interests. The wild buffalo suffers and dies so invasive cattle can
pollute the landscape. Please join us on the front lines and help stop this
injustice to wild buffalo! BFC documents all actions taken against the sacred
buffalo and advocates for their lasting protection. Our busiest time is March
to June, but you are welcome anytime. BFC provides room and board to anyone
