We produce a small amount of Honey, and Honey products. I am a strict organic consumer
myself concerned with quality and clean food. Because I limit my production in order to
insure the highest standards possible all of our honey products may not be always
available.The bottom line is that if it isnt good enough for me it isnt good enough for my
customers.
We have recently purchased a small farm in Drain Oregon with the intention of
producing blackberry honey in the future to Oregon's TILTH's, standard.
