Please join me in your adventures into Natural Childbirth which includes: nutrition,
exercise, relaxation, breastfeeding, stages of labor, creating a birth plan, variations
and complications, learning the coaches role, and post partum care for Mom and Baby.
Dr.
Bradley began the journey to permit fathers into the birth room and you can find a
supportive role in birth. Don't take birth lying down, know your options and find a
supportive birth team. Warmy and caring teacher, with Bradley Babies of her own and a
wonderful husband and coach will hold classes in a home setting. Healthy snacks at class
