Blanchard Environmental Consulting (BEC) is an Alberta owned and operated,
situated in Alberta Beach. Specializing in phase I environmental site
assessments (ESA) and sustainability audits, BEC strives to provide its clients
with high quality assessments at reasonable prices.
Phase I ESAs are a visual
and historical assessment of a property used to determine the potential for
contamination on that site. These assessments include a site inspection, review
of historical air photos, and requests for information from various government
agencies.
Environmental sustainability audits are designed to provide our
