I offer individual and group coaching, as well as animal facilitated coaching (I own a
farm) . Coaching can be either telephone conferences, or in-person meetings/workshops.
I also offer teaching of relaxation techniques, mindfulness training, and hypnotherapy
in order to reduce everyday stress, relieve anxiety, reduce phobias, manage chronic pain,
deal with grief, and prepare for surgical procedures.
