Aprile offers warm hospitality in a historical building right in the heart of
Turin�s centre.We're inside a Baroque building designed by Filippo Juvarra.The
quarter boasts clubs and workshops of designers and fashion stylists but also
old craftsman�s bottegas, historical caf�s and the city�s most beautiful
monuments.Restoration of the house has left intact the extraordinary fascination
of its ample rooms and ceilings with open beams.The wooden frames of the roof
have been restored in line with their history.Antique parquet floors were
recovered and treated with beeswax,the walls instead with limewash and decorated
with natural pigments.All work was carried out following the principles of
ecological architecture: use of natural materials,no synthetic glues and
varnishes, revival of traditional craftsmanship.Guests find three independent
rooms with bathrooms en suite.Few hundred metres away, in a romantic river
setting, two magnificent lofts offer fascinating hospitality to even the most
discerning gues
