Lamb. Our livestock are raised on pasture using a rational grazing program
benefiting animal health, soil fertility, wildlife, and the environment.
Pasture Purefect Beef, Elysian Veal, and lamb are available in retail cuts can
be purchased from our farm or shipped to your door. Meat products are USDA
inspected and shipped frozen. Free range eggs and seasonal produce available at
the farm or at the Greater Springfield Farmers' Market mid-April through Octobe
