Ambrosia Gourmet Catering specializes in organic cuisine with a creative flair.
We provide our clients with exquisite food that is artistically presented and
prepared with the finest ingredients available. We are committed to sustainable
food systems and always try to purchase our organic ingredients from local
farmer and fishermen.
We are fortunate to live on the central coast of
California, which has a plethora of wonderful organic farms and abundant seafood
from which to create our menus. The poultry and meat that we use is always
antibiotic free and range free when available. All of our menus are
individually designed in accordance with the seasons and to meet the specific
need of our clients.
