The Alberta Ferret Society is a provincial organization which provides rescue,
shelter and adoption services for the domestic ferret. The AFS is 100%
volunteer supported and accepts any ferret regardless of age, health or
temperment. Ferrets are housed in member homes where they receive one on one
care and attention. While in foster care the AFS pays for the ferret(s)
maintenance and medical needs until a permanent adoptive home is found.
