Organically Certified Pure Birch Syrup the newest cooking ingredient to this Century.
Our pure Birch syrup is made in Alaska from tapping wild birch trees. We make a light,
medium and dark grade just as they make Maple. Used most often as a cooking ingredient or
natural spice bringing out the most exceptional flavor in foods. The light syrup is
wonderful served over vanilla ice cream giving a natural caramel flavor. Check our website
for recipes such as birch pecan pie, birch caramel corn and birch terriaki sauce.
