Advanced Pain Solutions is an alternative medical practice devoted to helping
people with pain who have "slipped through the cracks" in the medical system.
Dr. Perretz is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. His
osteopathic skills combine with years of experience using acupuncture to make
him adept at addressing aspects of a patient's case which may have been
overlooked elsewhere.
One of our specialities is Prolotherapy, an injection
technique to restore torn ligament and tendon tissue. This has proved
invaluable in the treatment of chronic pain. Other valuable treatments include
Neural Therapy, which involves injections to areas of neurologic irritation, and
