Abandoned Pet Rescue is a non-profit organization, dedicated to rescuing
abandoned pets and placing them in loving homes. Founded in 1996, APR gives
medical attention to injured and sick animals, educates the public about animal
care, and reduces the feral cat population in South Florida through a rescue,
neuter, adoption program. Funds are needed for food, emergency medical
care/supplies, expansion of the adoption and education programs, and
construction of a sanctuary for those pets no longer wanted or adoptable.
