ARK Online is an independent publication staffed by a (small) group of people
who care about animals and want to use the Web to broadcast information about
animal welfare to a wide array of readers. We believe in the democratic
potential of the Web and so chose to be an exclusively electronic format. We are
not presently affiliated with any organization--humane, commercial, or
otherwise. We are, however, looking for sponsorship
