We are a local, family-owned business that specializes in raising pork and beef
without the use of additives, hormones, or vaccines. Our livestock are raised
from birth. Our cattle are all Angus genetic crosses, and they are grass and
grain fed. Our store has been in business for almost 10 years on the West side
of Mattoon. A family member is always available at the store to discuss our
process and we stand behind our products. We believe in promoting local
business, and allowing the public access to products that are good for their
