Founded in 1875, we are the world�s premier anti-vivisection group. We campaign
through public education, political lobbying, and publicity campaigns. Our
objects are to awaken the conscience of humanity in all parts of the world to
the iniquity of animal experiments or processes causing suffering or distresss
to living creatures and to obtain legislation totally prohibiting all such
experiments, and the breeding and supply of animals for such purposes.
Currently campaigning on excessive secrecy of animal research licensing process.
